My mission

I am 40 years old and I have 16 years of motorsport experience.

I am more and more interested in the interactivity between the potential of the drivers, the team and their mindset. Cognitive sciences are at the heart of my expertise.

I will strive to be the most professional and efficient running a car in the paddock. Through my commitment to quality and excellence, both on and off the racetrack, we will enhance the values of our partners (drivers, manager, engineer, and mechanics) . We will accomplish these goals through teamwork, dedication, and effective communication.
